True artists are the ones that carve their own totally different, totally awesome place in music. 2014 brought us some kickass new tunes, with females like Lorde, Lana Del Rey, and Charli XCX dominating the pop circuit and new artists like Halsey, Børns, and Cold Fronts. As for next year...

It’s easy to spot Dubai’s growing urban culture — from pick-up basketball games ..
to live music to footwear that would make a sneakerhead drool — and we found it during a recent festival held at the construction site of the Dubai Design District. Drawn together by Sole DXB to celebrate all things street, including the transformation by Singaporean punk-inspired skate artists SBTG of fresh pairs of the Air Jordan 1 into customized wearable art pieces, the city’s youthful fashion ranks got the scoop on unique smaller brands while showing off their own sense of street-sport style.

The 2014 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, you could expect there to be, oh, just a little bit of a frenzy happening backstage. Candice Swanepoel needed eye drops; Joan Smalls needed water; Lily Aldridge needed the ladies’ room. Through the scrum of photographers and press, you could see Doutzen Kroes sneak off with a salad, while her fellow Angels took turns spray-painting a mural devoted to London. The makeup tables were covered with backup hair extensions in every hue, plates of picked-at fruit, and jars of Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream. The models themselves donned pink slip robes, and managed to smile—or at least selfie—through it all.

Annie .-
desafortunadamente el Libro aun no llega a mexico pero puedes obtenerlo en AMAZON , howtobeparisianbook.com o en iBooks .

HERE'S THE EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW FOR #THEFASHIONCODE
Why did you choose the world of foot wear? We're there any family influence ?
I think it really startedwhen I was young – I used to be a real tomboy and hated wearing shoes at all. My equestrian boots really changed my mind – they were the first pair of shoes I fell in love with and now shoes are everything!
PAMELA COSTANTINI when was born?
Pamela Costantini was born in 2014. The SS 2015 is our first collection , we are very excited and hope our future collection will have the same positive response of this one.
What it inspires your collections ?
I'm very inspired by the 90s grunge aesthetic - there is a nonchalance about it that always manages to look super cool. Also Helmut Newton photography - the feeling he is able to evoke
through composition, color and subject. His images are really strong and instantly recognizable as his own - it's that sort of feeling I hope to evoke with my collection. The collection combines all
these elements in an elegant way. I'd have to say the Thorn Sandal in Persico Fish Leather is my favorite style - it definitely encapsulates all of my influences perfectly."
What kind of woman wear your shoes?
"She's strong with limitless confidence. I think that is really the best accessory for a woman - self conviction really changes how you approach your life and others regard you."
Where can you find your collections ? Do you think export?
We had orders from a boutiques in Mexico City too; we are very pleased to have stores in latin America as my mother is Ecuatorian.
